My journey
Since childhood, I have felt a special connection with horses and learned early on to develop my own intuitive language with them. Through this, I discovered how vital communication is – not only with horses but also between people. Today, I support individuals, parents, couples, and horse lovers in recognizing and expressing their needs more clearly, resolving misunderstandings, and creating more harmonious relationships. As a communication consultant, systemic coach, and horse trainer,
I help others find new paths to connection and trust – with themselves, with others, and with their horses.
Who I really am
Many facets, one core – as a generalist, I live each of them.
Childhood and youth
Even as a child, I felt that horses communicate in a special way. They showed me that connection can be so much deeper than words if we learn to truly listen.
During my childhood and youth, I experienced how traditional upbringing and classical riding lessons leave little room for needs – neither those of the human nor of the horse. So I began early to develop my own language: an intuitive, honest way of communicating. It brought me not only closer to the horses, but also to myself.
Today
Today I support people in rediscovering their own voice, recognizing their needs, and expressing them clearly – whether in their relationship with their children, their partnership, or in connection with themselves. Because when we feel seen and heard, true closeness, understanding, and connection arise.
Horses
This clarity and depth can also happen with animals – especially horses. Many so-called “problem horses” are, in truth, simply misunderstood.
It moves me deeply when a person suddenly truly understands their horse and a relationship that was once marked by struggle or overwhelm transforms into a harmonious, trusting partnership.

My heartfelt mission is to create a space where children, people, and horses are seen in their entirety. So that communication becomes what it truly is: a bridge – to more trust, ease, and connection in everyday life.

North of Spain
The values of freedom, harmony, ease, balance, and trust shape my life and my work. At 26, I left my secure job to follow my longing for nature, animals, and a fulfilling life. Since September 2024, I have been developing my vision, completed training as a systemic coach according to the EQS method by Alexandra Lohr, and initially offer my services online. In 2026,
I will move to Spain with full trust in my vision, to support.
